AUTHENTIC TKTX HOLOGRAM

All TKTX numbing creams contain the same percentage of active numbing agents, but each colour mixture is unique. Even if the ingredients are nearly identical, the formulation varies to offer different absorption characteristics, as everyone’s skin responds differently. Colours are used to distinguish these variations.

Strengths by colour (strongest → weakest):
Yellow → Gold → Black → Red → White → Blue

Product Details:

• Tube size: 10g

• Numbs in: 1.5–2 hours

• Duration: 3–5 hours of effective numbing

• Do not use for more than 3 consecutive days

Active Ingredients: 5% Lidocaine, 5% Prilocaine, 1% Epinephrine
Cream Base: Benzyl Alcohol, Carbomer 934, Lecithin (Soybean), Propylene Glycol, Tocopheryl Acetate, Eugenol (Clove Oil), Water

Important Safety Information:

• Complete a patch test 24 hours before each use—Lidocaine reacts differently for everyone.

• If your patch test does not work properly, contact us for guidance. Using the cream again within 24 hours without support may reduce effectiveness.

• Not for use by pregnant women or children.

• Do not ingest. If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately.

• Always inform your artist or practitioner that you are using this cream.

• Do not combine with other creams, as this may counteract the effect.

Storage & Shelf Life:

• Unopened: ~1 year

• Opened: ~2 weeks

• Store in a cool, dry place.

• Keep the lid tightly closed—exposure to air may cause the cream to turn a pinky-brown colour, but it will remain effective.

Application

For Optimal Results:

• Always complete a patch test 24 hours before use. Numbing agents affect everyone differently, making a patch test essential.

• Patch test not working properly? Contact us for guidance. Using the cream again within 24 hours without support may reduce effectiveness.

• Avoid alcohol or excessive milk consumption for 24 hours prior to use.

Application on Unbroken Skin:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly.

2. Remove any excess hair from the area.

3. Ensure the skin is clean, dry, and not cold.

4. Apply a thick layer (2–3mm) of cream—do not rub it in.

5. Cover with plastic film (airtight but not too tight). Masking tape works well for tricky areas. This prevents evaporation and ensures proper absorption.

   • For lips or other awkward areas, film is optional; the cream will still work.

6. Wash your hands after application.

7. Leave for 1.5–2 hours (do not exceed 2 hours).

8. Remove the film and wipe/clean the area. Your artist or nurse may assist.

Tips:

• For piercings, using film is ideal but not essential.

• For large areas (e.g., full back), remove sections of film gradually to maintain numbing for longer.

• Only apply the cream to external skin.

Reapplication (Broken Skin):

• Reapply only once during the procedure to minimise infection risk.

1. Wash hands thoroughly.

2. Ensure the area is clean, dry, and not cold.

3. Apply a thick layer (2–3mm)—do not rub in.

4. Cover with plastic film (airtight but not too tight).

5. Wash hands after application.

6. Leave for 15–20 minutes.

7. Remove film and wipe clean.
